There's One Important Step: Register Your Tires Don't skip the warranty registration. For Cosmo’s current mileage and road-hazard programs, tires must be registered within 45 days of purchase. You'll also want to keep your original purchase receipt and maintenance records. For treadwear warranty eligibility, Cosmo currently requires tires to be professionally rotated every 6,000 miles with verifiable service records. DIY rotations do not qualify. If you have a staggered fitment where the front and rear tires cannot be rotated between axles, the stated mileage warranty is reduced by half. Those details matter.
