What is a New Take Off?

A New Take Off is an original equipment part that was installed on a new vehicle at the factory and removed shortly afterward, usually during a dealer or conversion-shop upgrade.At B&B Enterprises, we generally consider a part to be a New Take Off when it has fewer than 25 miles of use.  This may include OEM wheels, tires, complete wheel-and-tire assemblies, seating, interior parts and exterior components.New Take Off parts give customers the opportunity to purchase genuine factory equipment at a substantial savings compared with typical dealership replacement pricing.

Where can I buy OE factory New Take Off wheels and tires in Massachusetts?

We do! We work with dealers, conversion shops and larger upgrade facilites to bring you Original Equipment rims and rim & tire packages.   We do offer quality aftermarket rims, but will ALWAYS let you make that decision.  Nothing is ever hidden from our customer.  413-382-7128

Question 4

How do I know which wheels will fit my truck or SUV?

Accepted Answer

The difference between year, make, model, bolt pattern, diameter, width, offset, hub bore, brake clearance and load capacity can be tricky.  We will be sure you have the correct fitment before your purchase.

Do your wheel and tire packages come mounted and balanced?

Accepted Answer

That depends on several things.  If we received the TPMS in the set from the conversion shop: yes! The factory would have balanced them. If we received the set without TPMS (as they sometimes go with the original vehicle), then they will be off only the weight of the TPMS.   If you wish for us to balance them (you are not using TPMS) we can do that.  If you are going to add TPMS on your end, no, we will not. If you DO need TPMS, we can add them to the package for $170 a set and rebalance the wheels/tires.

Should I call or email before coming to the shop?

Short answer: Yes. 
Longer answer:  Our inventory changes daily.  We may have a set in the morning and not in the afternoon. 
 We are also a small shop and may have to leave occassionally.  We certainly don't want to miss you!

Why buy OE New Take Offs instead of new wheels from a dealership?

Accepted Answer

We sell genuine factory equipment with the same OE specs at much lower cost.  Because these have been installed and removed (from a new vehicle), we can offer them at substantially less money.  Very rarely are there blemishes, but occasionally it happens from poor handling.  Any handling scuffs will be well noted and shown in photos.  Guaranteed 100% tread and perfect comes at a cost from the dealer.  Again: very rarely are their blemishes.

Do I have to pay tax?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  The state of MA requires 6.25% Sales Tax on all items.  Even EBAY & Amazon will charge you tax.  Cash or Charge: there is sales tax.

Does B&B Enterprises sell complete OEM wheel-and-tire packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes & No.  It depends on the set. We may or may not get the TPMS (as they may stay with the original vehicle),  but we can install them, re-balance and be sure you are set.  Most often we are able to include the lug nuts also.  B&B Enterprises will be sure you are aware of what comes with the package and be sure it will work with your vehicle.

Question 10

Is having the same bolt pattern enough to know a wheel will fit?

Accepted Answer

No.  A bolt pattern is only part of the fitmen; offset, hub bore, wheel dimensions, brake clearance, studs/lug nuts and load requirements can matter.

Can I buy one replacement OE wheel instead of a complete set?

Although most of our inventory comes in sets, we are always worth a call for single wheels. 413-382-7128

Have ready your vehicle’s year, make, model, and trim if possible, plus your current tire size and wheel specs like diameter, width, bolt pattern, and offset. Also mention any modifications, such as lift kits or spacers. Providing this information helps us give accurate fitment advice and match you with the right factory or aftermarket wheels and tires.
