There's One Important Step: Register Your Tires Don't skip the warranty registration. For Cosmo’s current mileage and road-hazard programs, tires must be registered within 45 days of purchase. For treadwear warranty eligibility, Cosmo currently requires tires to be professionally rotated every 6,000 miles with verifiable service records. DIY rotations do not qualify.
