This is a new set of TIS (Twenty Inches Strong) chrome rims. They were put together with a set of tires, but the customer decided on a different wheel. Never installed on the truck. No miles. No blemishes. Anything in the photo looking like scuffs is just from the bad lighting. Chrome Wheels.
